MIT Graduate Residence Hall
In 2008, BSBSI completed installation of over $1.3 million dollars worth of specialty products at the new 5-building MIT Graduate Residence Hall project.
The project's original scope was $230,000 and grew to over $1.3 million dollars to included: motorized and manual window shades, metal lockers, postal specialties, projection screens, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, bicycle racks, fire extinguishers and cabinets, residential and commercial appliances and wire mesh partitions.
This marquee project is a staple of the MIT campus and a true testament to BSBSI's capabilities. BSBSI worked diligently with the project managers and field supervisors to ensure all facets of our scope of work was completed on time and to the high level of service we are accustomed to.
Testimonial
For years I visualized BSBSI as this roll-top-desk purveyor of slate blackboards! I entrusted Bay State with almost a dozen different products on a pharmaceutical project with an impossible six-month schedule. It proved to be a prudent decision, as Bay State delivered and installed three-quarters of a million dollars worth of specialties. Bay State is without a doubt the premier specialty contractor in the Greater Boston Area.
