Summary: The project consisted of five buildings of three to four floors in each building. Project management was key in the success of this project, as BSBSI had to coordinate the installation and delivery of shades, appliances, projection screens, mailboxes, and signage for each of the floors in each of the five buildings. Daily conversations and impromptu meetings, when needed, along with the monthly meetings with all stakeholders contributed to the project being completed on time and on budget.
